Story

A world slowly collapsing, devoured by the black sludge known as MirEbon...
Wherever it touches, land turns barren and lifeless.
Any living being it contacts is transformed into a mindless monster.

The world is being consumed by despair..

In a city under siege by MirEbon — Celerith, the homeland of Ray — the Devils came and reduced the city to ruin. Ray, the leader of the city's Guardians, fought with every ounce of his strength, yet even he could not withstand the tide. The city fell, and all its people perished. Ray alone survived.

Though he was strong, it was not enough. He could protect himself — but not everyone.

His fellow Guardians gave their lives to shield him, entrusting him with a mission greater than any before: to destroy The End, the source of all calamity. Before they fell, they shared with Ray a final secret — a hidden weapon, humanity’s last hope, said to be the only thing capable of destroying The End. It lay buried deep within the underground chamber of the Lord of Celerith.

But when Ray arrived, he was struck with disbelief — for the so-called ultimate weapon of mankind was not a blade nor an artifact… but a girl, sealed within crystal, slumbering for over a thousand years.
